1. General Provisions<\/h3>\n

1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at www.esca.eu.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

1.2. The store is operated by ZOMER Andrzej Kowalczyk, Jacek Kowalczyk s.c.<\/p>\n

1.3. The customer is obliged to comply with these Terms and Conditions when placing orders and using the store\u2019s services.<\/p>\n

2. Order Placement<\/h3>\n

2.1. Orders can be placed through the website 24 hours a day.<\/p>\n

2.2. The customer selects products from the store’s offer, specifies the delivery method and payment option.<\/p>\n

2.3. The sales contract is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the store.<\/p>\n

3. Payments and Delivery<\/h3>\n

3.1. Available payment methods: bank transfer, online payment, cash on delivery.<\/p>\n

3.2. Delivery is available within Poland and the EU.<\/p>\n

3.3. The standard delivery time is 2\u20135 business days.<\/p>\n

4. Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n

4.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from receiving the product.<\/p>\n

4.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a statement must be sent by email or post.<\/p>\n

4.3. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.<\/p>\n

5. Complaints<\/h3>\n

5.1. In the event of defects in the product, the customer has the right to file a complaint.<\/p>\n

5.2. Complaints should be submitted to: biuro@esca.eu.com<\/a> or zomer-wa@wp.pl<\/a>, or in writing to the company\u2019s registered address.<\/p>\n

5.3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.<\/p>\n

6. Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy (GDPR)<\/h3>\n

6.1. The controller of personal data is ZOMER Andrzej Kowalczyk, Jacek Kowalczyk s.c.<\/p>\n

6.2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, issuing invoices, and contacting the customer.<\/p>\n
