1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at www.esca.eu.com.
1.2. The store is operated by ZOMER Andrzej Kowalczyk, Jacek Kowalczyk s.c.

2.1. Orders can be placed through the website 24 hours a day.
2.2. The customer selects products from the store’s offer, specifies the delivery method and payment option.
2.3. The sales contract is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the store.
3. Payments and Delivery
3.1. Available payment methods: bank transfer, online payment, cash on delivery.
3.2. Delivery is available within Poland and the EU.
3.3. The standard delivery time is 2–5 business days.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from receiving the product.
4.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a statement must be sent by email or post.
4.3. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
5. Complaints
5.1. In the event of defects in the product, the customer has the right to file a complaint.

5.3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
